Business Development Specialist - Home Based UK - Total package to £45,000Are you an experienced Business Developer looking for a new exciting challenge Do you have experience demonstrating products and services to MAT’sIn addition to the salary, you will be offered:

  • The Company:The company works with nearly 2000 schools across the UK & Europe and collaborate with academics and Ministries of Education to improve the quality of education across schools. The company’s product helps school management make better decisions by delivering tools to effectively gather feedback and visualise data.The Role:Due to recent growth, the company are seeking a self-starter and hungry sales professional with experience of selling services to schools across the UK, specifically MAT’s to help the company reach out to potential customers and increase revenue.You will also be required to upsell additional services to your clients once onboard.Key Responsibilities:
  • Reaching out and Interacting with Multi Academy Trust leads, demonstrating the value the company can deliver for them and closing deals
  • Participating in product strategy and pricing planning meetings
  • Systematically tracking your progress towards individual and team key results
  • Contributing to the sales process improvement and efficiency
  • Key Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of the UK education sector and experience working with multi academy trusts
  • Good understanding of business development and track record in achieving ambitious objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to challenge the team to ensure we are delivering the most long-term value to the customer
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
  • Ability to hit the ground running and contribute to the success of the company quickly
