As a key player in our highly consultative approach to business,youll prioritise customer satisfaction while achieving targets and KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Optimise lead conversion to meet businessobjectives and KPIs Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Provide consultation and advice aligned with business policies and industry data Deliver excellent customer service and uphold regulatory compliance Main Tasks: Research, identify, andqualify new business prospects Handle inbound new business inquiries Follow set processes for customer relationship management Cultivate relationships with strategic business partners for lead generation Attend events, including networking opportunities andtraining sessions Conduct online presentations via Webinar; video calling platforms such as MS Teams / Zoom.
