Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Representative (Spanish fluency)Location: LondonSalary: £25-£28k basic/ with £21k OTE (uncapped!) Our client are now looking to expand on their strong presence within the industry through the addition of ambitious, driven graduates! Business Development Representative (Spanish fluency)Package:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000-£28,000
  • Y1 OTE of up to £49,000 ( potential to be more should you succeed within the role)

Business Development Representative(Spanish fluency)Role:
  • Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
  • Research, create and develop targeted prospect lists, and generate new leads through proactive prospect outreach via phone calls, emails and social channels
  • Qualify marketing leads and set-up meetings for senior members of the sales team- once you are confident within your role, you will have the opportunity to run the meetings you book
  • Maintain relationships and communication with existing clients, understanding what new challenges they may have, and how they are looking to solve them with the view to identify up-sell opportunities
  • Execute on marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and qualify inbound prospects and customer enquiries
  • Manage the company CRM system, updating company and contact details, as well as recording sales leads and sales activity
Business Development Representative(Spanish fluency)Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsyou must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Comfortable working in a sales/target-driven environment
  • Organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
