Job Description

Business Development & Marketing Project ManagerOur client, a hugely successful consultancy currently have a new opening for a Business Development and Marketing Project Manager to join their expansion and growth plans.You will play a key role in supporting this ambitious BD and Marketing team which provide a mix of events, branding, social media, PR, campaigns and marketing strategy.You will work with all areas of the business as well as external organisations to help support this growth phase.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and supporting various key projects ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Working with the BD and Marketing team to develop marketing plans.
  • Maintaining relationships internally to ensure they are supported with their marketing plans and activity.
  • Maintaining external relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Taking responsibility of online marketing, social media, campaigns, branding and coming up with new ideas and initiatives in order to continue audience growth.
  • Supporting the Director and Partners with internal communications.
  • Support with embedding new processes and in particular to the new CRM system.
  • Budget monitoring on marketing initiatives.
  • Promoting and sharing knowledge across the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous strong track record of driving through multiple projects at anyone time.
  • Experience within a similar role/environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT skills, mail chimp, WordPress, and the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
  • Research and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, willing to learn and work independently.
  • Excellent at maintaining relationships at all levels.
  • Real team player.
  • Able to think outside the box and see the bigger picture.
  • Methodical with a good eye for detail.
  • Professional, highly organised and focussed.
  • Passionate with a real interest in the business.
