Job Description

A start-up Umbrella payroll company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their London Office on a permanent basis. You will be charged with developing and managing a portfolio of accounts with Recruitment agencies through strategicplanning and delivery.Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure you are fully up to date with all legislation changes and guidelines
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients or prospective clients
  • Work closely with the on boarding team to ensure smooth transition
  • Attend training courses and corporate events when required
  • Hit monthly sales targets
Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Business Development & sales within Umbrella/ Payroll company (Essential)
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven and articulate. You will have a positive attitude that will reflect in your day-to-day duties
  • Whilst you will be Account Management focused, you will be very solution focused and have excellent listening skills.
  • Well presentable, both visually and verbally
  • Passionate about over exceeding targets and assisting a growing company
