Do you have a passion for finding new business, offering them a perfect set of world-class services, and building a stellar networkAre you looking to join a 100% remote working team without having to return to the officeThis is a newly created role for a Sales or Business Development Manager with a background in Digital Marketing to drive growth for an agency with a foundation of spectacular results in entertainment, ecommerce and VC-funded startups.Working with the owner and founder Tom Davenport, and in partnership with our first-class digital marketing team, you will be responsible for following our marketing strategy, and driving global sales through bold B2B lead generation and savvy networking.You can expect to be working on sales initiatives that are creative and innovative, presenting your own ideas on how we achieve growth for both the brand and our clients. You will have full ownership of our sales pipeline, and apply our ever-growing portfolioof record-breaking case studies to attract the biggest consumer-facing brands you can find worldwide.About UsWe work with some of the most innovative entertainment, ecommerce and startup brands in the world.   • Take complete ownership of adding new business and generate sales
  • Create and execute a sales plan that expands our client base and extends global reach
  • Achieve growth both in existing and new target sectors
  • Meet and connect with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships
  • Track, analyse and report on key sales metrics and provide a sales pipeline and forecast
  • Represent the business with a comprehensive understanding of our products
  • Manage all aspects of the sales lifecycle from lead generation to close
  • Research client needs and identify how our products meet them
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, achieving sales goals, analysing data, and projecting future growth.
  • Continuously develop skills while using effective sales and marketing tactics to meet growth targets
  • Help implement and coordinate marketing initiatives for the business
About YouYoull be self-starting, driven and diligent, commercially aware, with a proven track record of delivering results, and be able to independently deliver high quality work and drive sales. You will be highly organised and efficient to ensure consistentlyhigh levels of sales activity. Youll help to fill our sales pipeline with new opportunities by effectively engaging with our target audience and utilising your skills to build strong and lasting relationships.Youll have a background in a sales role, preferably within digital marketing, and be used to delivering high quality projects, building great relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to both raise brand awareness and win new business. Youllhave an insatiable curiosity, drive and the desire to help our clients and us achieve world-class results.

You have
  • 5+ years of sales experience ideally within digital marketing
  • Proven track record of success in sales cycle from plan to close
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
