2nd Charge BDM vacancy- South of UK.Location- London, Essex, Herts, Surrey, Hamps£45K-£60K basic plus uncapped commission. Realistically OTE of £80,000pa- £100KSHARE OPTIONS available for candidates with proven experience.We are excited to be working with an ambitious, fintech lender in the 2nd Charge / Secured Lending space.Due to growth we are looking to source a proven Business Development Manager, who has managed Master Broker & Network accounts previously. You must have a background in second charges/ secured, specialist mortgages or bridging finance.The lender is already working with 20+ Master Brokers, so your primary role will be to ensure that a second-to-none service is given to those accounts. Of course, you will also utilise your existing relationships to further grow the lender.The products that have been released are proving popular and are set to disrupt the 2nd charge market. The clients can draw continually on the loan, rather than paying interest on the whole amount from day one. In a post-Covid world, where many will still work from home, clients will continue to look at investing in their homes, home offices and further education etc. These products enable prime home-owners to release funds in a bit-by-bit basis.You will be working from home & in London and will have covered the Master Broking clients in London & the South East. Although business is done over the telephone at the moment you will be expected to visit clients on a field basis in the future.The company prides themselves on providing an excellent service to its clients. They are very techsavvy and have built their own distribution system. They have a large internally IT Development team and can act fluidly as a newer brand in the market. They have seen quick success and current employ over 35 staff. They are strongly backed by Venture Capitalists and have plans to grow significantly.The management style for this lender does NOT involve micro management. You will be given the autonomy to do what you do best...
