Business Development Manager - Global Events & Digital MediaLondon based + International TravelBase salary up to £45K + OTE £85K Uncapped Commission + BenefitsA Market Leading Global Technology Digital Media & Events CompanyAn opportunity for an experienced sponsorship sales professional to join an established, high growth, knowledgeable technology events & digital media business. This role offers a blend of existing clients accounts and new business opportunities.The Job

  • Deliver revenues across market leading technology events and media products
  • Create and plan your sales strategy
  • Plan time for structured research and preparation for all your calls & meetings
  • Develop new business opportunities with technology firms to sponsors and exhibit at events and/or advertising via digital media products
  • Generate revenue and sales through tactical and strategic relationships with clients
  • Always provide consultative customer service
  • Deliver sales and build relationships over the phone and in-person at meetings & events
  • Make sure you follow up on all leads and contacts in a timely and professional manner
  • Write engaging proposals
  • Utilise all company resources and work collaboratively as part of the team
  • Work as part of the events team to ensure all issues and achievements are shared
  • Keep up to date with the markets, products and sales techniques
  • Apply new sales initiatives
