The ClientOur client is an established wealth management company, highly recognised with a fantastic reputation.The RoleThe Business Development Manager will sit within the Business Development team within the Wealth Management Business, and is responsiblefor contributing to and communicating the overall business strategyto prospective Intermediary clients and IFAs.The Business Development Manager will work with Business Development Directors withinthe Intermediary sector in line with the targets agreed with the Head of Business Development.The Business Development Manager is to be alertto other opportunities in the marketthat might require investment management.The Business Development Manager is toassist the Business Development Director with bringing in new business and secure new personal contacts to increase market share in accordance with the team’s strategy and plans.The Business Development Manager will influence,research and create other opportunities in line with any relevant changes in the Wealth Management market, as well asintroduce Investment Managers to key intermediaries when appropriate to help consolidaterelationships.The Business Development Manager will referbusiness internally and externally to cement relationships and encourage further investment opportunities for the firm.The Candidate1-3 years within an Investment Sales or Business development role within Financial Services.Commercial and dynamic in nature.A thorough understanding of Internal and External Systems.Have excellentlevels of Microsoft Office skills especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Understand Clients’ objectives and Strategic intent, without hesitation.Contribute constructively to discussions and meetings as appropriate.Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and target driven.Excellent networking,presentationand communication skills.
