Were looking for someone who can join our experienced sales team and increase our strong top-line growth with exceptional prospecting, approaching, setting up of trial accesses and meetings, runningmeetings and driving high-value subscriptions, with a focus on France and some or all of Benelux. You will be a key member of the 24-strong commercial team for Green Street in Europe, focussed on driving revenue in the France and Benelux regions. You are,or will become, an expert on both the real estate market our subscriber base and prospects, and our sales process of driving subscriptions through high activity, trial accesses and high-quality meetings. You will be selling a portfolio of products which willinclude React News, Green Streets market-leading research, and data. This will a commission-based sales role, with the potential to work with and mentor a junior salesperson immediately, and the medium-term potential to be a sales leader in the business.You will hit or exceed your sales quota, which will be based on a bottom-up analysis of your territory The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following key job functions: Develop and execute a detailed sales plan for a new clients segment,including a go to market strategy, necessary marketing materials, and appropriate pricing. Prospecting to find and contact decision makers in our potential subscribers. Continual work with product management to assess market size and share of core and newprospect segments. Identify and develop channel partners to maximize sales throughput. Generate new revenue by selling Green Streets (research, analytics, and advisory services) and React News industry leading products. Prioritize new opportunities and engageclients proactively. Sell the value of Green Streets and React News products to prospects by articulating how our solutions meet their needs and improve the business process. This will be accomplished through calling, emailing, leading follow-up, consultativeselling, and group presentations. Become an expert on both our sales processes and the real estate market as related to both Green Street and React News. Understand the value of our products and pricing as well as competitive offerings within assigned prospectsegment(s). Manage a sales pipeline, monthly sales forecast, and prospecting activities through Salesforce. Turn client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business, product development, and address competitive risks. Work closely with colleaguesacross functions and business units to ensure cross-fertilization of ideas, best practices, and training. Become an expert on both our sales process and the real estate market as related to both Green Street and React News. Attend various conferences throughoutthe year representing Green Street and React News.Maintain your pipeline in Salesforce for reporting visibility Collaborate with the organization on client and competitor feedback and product development Coach and mentor more junior salespeople. REQUIREMENTS:You have a track record of exceptional top line metrics and results from several sales roles. You are highly motivated, eager to learn, and coachable, with a great attitude. Work with urgency to deliver personal and business goals. Experience in selling toC-level executives and senior decision makers in long-cycle sales. You have a strong understanding of financial concepts and markets. You enjoy being immersed in a collaborative culture where success is shared and celebrated. You are disciplined, control yourschedule, and have great work and admin habits. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent or Native French language is a requirement for this role. Financial market knowledge is needed, with real estate a plus (but not necessary).Knowledge of sales technologies also a benefit.
