They are rapidly growing and work with some top clients including Microsoft and Coca Cola! All their e-learning solutions are innovative and bespoke - not just off the shelf. These are all produced in-house. The company culture is sociable and friendly, and the professional development of their staff is of the up most importance.You shall be consultative solution selling to existing and new clients helping them design bespoke training packages and tech solutions that shall improve the development of their businesses and increase performance. The business has established itself as a premium supplier and has worked hard to build up a reputation that brings a lot of inbound business to them.The RoleAs a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:Lead generation and prospecting new business opportunitiesBooking and attending meeting with new and existing clientsPlanning and preparing presentations for sales meetings and callsManaging an established account base, with a new business mindset constantly growing and up-sellingAttending all company events and also competitor events for business development purposesThe CandidateThe successful candidate will have at least one years e-learning sales experience which will allow them to hit the ground runningThey will be natural relationship builders who are able to communicate effectively by phone and face to face to ensure they represent the business in the best way and build strong working relationshipsExcellent organisation skills and attention to detail which will give them the ability to work well under pressure and achieve accurate and timely resultsExperience creating and delivering presentations to existing and new customersTicking all the boxes Getting you excited Great!
