Role: Business Development Manager / Accout ManagerSector: Construction Interior Building MaterialsProduct: Interiors, Partitioning, Suspended Ceiling Systems, Flooring Systems, Drywall Systems & Accessories, InsulationLocation: Home / field based covering South and parts of Central LondonSalary: £38-50k plus company vehicle and bonus of upto 30%We are recruiting a Business Development Manager with account management / area sales experience within the commercial interiors / fit out sector.Responsible for business development and account management within the South / Central London region, the successful Business Development Manager will be selling a range of commercial interior systems and solutions (ceilings, partitions, flooring, drywalls and associated products) into wide range of clients including Main and Sub Contractors, Drylining Contractors, Suspended Ceiling, Flooring & Drywall Installers.Focused on sales development within the south / central London area and managing relations with people at all levels including the senior buyers from within the larger contractors, you will inherit a portfolio of c. 100 customers with an annual spend of £8-10m.The successful Business Development Manager will have the drive and desire to succeed. This is a fast paced, busy role and preferably we would like to hear from candidates with previous experience within the commercial interiors sector - be it working for a manufacturer, a distributor or a builders merchant in an area sales manager or external account manager role. In return you will receive a very healthy renumeration package.
