Business Development Manager - Commercial Interior Design Projects - Central London / WFH - £40k - £60k basic, up to £100k OTEWe are looking for a proactive, dynamic and commercially aware Business Development Manager, with experience in the commercial interior design, design and build or commercial furniture industries, to join a successful, growing scaleup in London.Working from home, but with London/national travel needed to fulfil the role, the Business Development Manager will need to be commercially focused, adept at establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients and will ultimately increase the client base for the company.With an eye for detail and a highly organised nature, you will ensure the successful delivery of each of the projects.Whats on offer:Our client undertakes a range of interesting commercial construction project; they are a successful Design & Build, Interiors and Consulting provider, operating in London but with UK wide clients. They work with leading News Media organisations and have a variedlist of clients that they are looking to grow.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their Business Development / Sales career, undertaking more and more responsibility with time; this role has genuine long-term career prospects as this role could lead to Sales Director inthe future.Our client is offering a base salary of £40k-£60k dependent on experience, with an OTE of £80k-£100k.When not travelling to meet clients, this role can be home based or you are able to work from one of several client offices in London.Key responsibilities as the Business Development Manager will include:
