Business Development Manager - Artificial Intelligence & IoTBase salary:£25-30k, OTE = £60-100K uncapped (this is a very fertile market!)Were working with an AI & IoT scaleup in London who have just kicked off their search for a Business Development Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.Their product ishas a variety of cool and innovative applciations but it revolves around providing realtime data analytics for global property management firms. They have existing partnerships with some of the worlds largest property management & retail brands and have just launched a brand new product which has gained some serious early traction.The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads and securing new business, they want someone whos got the determination and drive to take this position and run with it. With some of the brightest minds in the industry behind you, you will be responsible for selling a product that is shaping the way buildings are used and built on a daily basisKey skills:** You MUST have proven sales experience within the UK** C-Suite and Director level pitching** Ability to prospect & generate across a multitude of platforms** Self-starting and highly motivated** Partnership building and managementBeneficial:** Start up experience** Some knowledge of AI or IoT** Previous experience selling into corporate facilities or experience selling green energy solutions to commercial propertiesThis is a great opportunity to join an exciting business who are revolutionising the way in which buildings are managed and monitored.
