Our services are available by subscription - our multi award winning digital insights platform; designed to help suppliers better understand their NHS partners and prospects.We are seeking a new business salesperson with a track record of high performance, to work as part of the subscriptions commercial team.Accountabilities:- New business pursuit: working with marketing to develop a targeted, pursuit-list approach and working to a clear sales plan created and delivered by you- Relationship building: - seeking opportunities to forge great relationships through HSJ and external events to enable the business to grow- Product development: engaging directly with customers to support product development - sharing your feedback with the wider teamSkills and Experience RequiredExperience:- B2B sales experience, with demonstrably high performance: a career delivering and exceeding targets - ideally driving new business, or with a focus on growth accounts- Subscription sales experience highly desirable- Experience selling at a very senior level: pitching/communicating at board level- Experience in healthcare sales or selling to the NHS is highly desirable- Sales CRM (SalesForce, MS Dynamics or similar)Personal qualities:- Creative and always curious- Customer focused, and insight driven- Self-starter with a mentality of ownership and personal accountability- Energetic and confident team player- Ambitious and driven with a clear perspective of your career and where you want to go- Target oriented- Extremely well organised and able to manage and prioritise a diverse workload- Confident, motivated and excited by driving new businessAs a portfolio Company, we are all different at Wilmington.
