Job Description

Business Development Manager KM4Talent are looking for a driven, hungry and money motivated individual to join an established and growing client of theirs in London. You will be responsible for driving new sales by the identification and execution of new business opportunities to achieve targets. AS BDM you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.Key accountabilities and activities

  • Present, promote and sell company services using professional sales presentations to new and lapsed customers.
  • Cold calling using targeted prospecting and using own network, establishing and developing positive business and customer relationships
  • Strategically plan and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities for the assigned territory, moving each accurately through the relevant stages in SalesForce and maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM
  • Attend regional sales progress meetings fully prepared with relevant current data on market and opportunities
  • Required skills and experience
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience within B2B services environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Property, construction and FM background is desirable
  • Highly credible communicator with excellent networking and presentation skills
  • Must have experience using SalesForce
  • What’s on offer
  • Salary up to £50,000 + OTE + Car allowance
