Our ClientOur client is an AI powered SaaS platform which delivers psychometric profiling solutions, utilising gamification to Enterprise clients globally. Last year they went through their Series A raise and plan to go for their Series B later next year. There is huge appetite in the market for our clients solution right now so it’s a very exciting time to join the business.What Youll GetAs an Enterprise Business Development Manager you can expect a basic salary of £30 - 38k basic with an OTE of £76k which is uncapped, in addition to this you will receive fantastic benefits. You will be based from amazing Central London offices in a really fun, creative and fast paced environment.What Youll DoAs a European Enterprise Business Development Manager you will sell into Enterprise organisations, specifically speaking to HR Directors, COO’s and CFO’s. You will manage the whole sales process and get to manage the accounts you bring on board. You will source some leads yourself but also be provided with plenty of warm leads through the marketing department which is incredibly proactive.What Youll NeedIf you want to be successful as an Enterprise Business Development Manager with our client then you will be super keen to join a young fast growth SaaS start-up which is well funded and has huge expectations for growth. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience which doesn’t need to be at Enterprise level. Required skills
