Duration - 9 months We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager (UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France) to lead the introduction and expansion of our new smart access product within the multi-family housing industry in Europe. As the SeniorSales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of this innovative solution by developing and executing effective sales strategies, forging strong partnerships, and exceeding revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the GMT (Global Management Team) to finalise the product strategy, including feature development, sales strategy, and launch plans. • Deliver Results: Identify and prioritise prospects, negotiatedeals, and close agreements to onboard buildings onto the smart access platform. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, securing authorization for product implementation and ensuring successful deployment to generate revenue. • Stakeholder Management:Cultivate trusting relationships with key external partners, including building managers, owners, and housing associations. Additionally, foster collaboration with internal teams such as product, software, hardware, and operations, providing market insightsand feedback to enhance the product offering. • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve asa liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams, facilitating communication and alignment on market trends, competitor activities, and product requirements. • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Analyse sales performance metrics, conduct root-causeanalysis, and identify areas for improvement.
