Business Development Manager5 days in office, 9am-6pm and based in SW LondonPermanent but self-employed£40-50k with commission structureA small auction house are looking for a Business Development Manager to come and join their small team. This is a chance to be in a newly created role meaning you have the chance to shape it – the role will be varied and they are looking for someone to helpwith a new stream of revenue and come up and action ideas., They are looking for someone who is switched on, personable and happy working 5 days in the office within a small but buzzy team – you must be self-employed.WHAT YOU’LL DOThis is a busy role and new role where you will really mould the role - you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:- Develop and put BD plans into action - Bring new ideas to the table - Increase revenue and implement new steams of revenue- Build and maintain relationships with clients - Keep an eye on competitors and the markets- Attend events and conferencesWHO YOU AREMy client is looking for someone who is upbeat, switched on and always one step ahead! The role is 9am-6pm but as with roles there needs to be a degree of flexibility, with occasional weekend requests. The role is offering up to £50k, but you will need to beself employed.Essential requirements:- 5+ years in a similar sales type role within property- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace- Proactive nature- Collaborative- Strong MS office skills.- High attention to detailTiger is B Corp Certified.
