Were working with a rapidly growing, national business which is revolutionising the fuel industry through mobile fuelling. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their friendly, ambitious team and help shape the continuing growthof the business.This role includes a salary of £28,000 (first 3 months), rising to £30,000 thereafter with an OTE of £50,000.As Business Development Manager you will have a solid sales background anddemonstrate measurable results in terms of bringing on board new business to the company. You will be required to work independently as well as part of a team, booking your own leads and nurturing prospects by attending booked appointments. Youll help to improveyield with our clients existing customers as well as seek recommendations and business opportunities to attract new customers throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities* Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs* Use the research to actively and successfully business develop* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, recommendations through existing customers etc* Map out new areas of potential and deliver the business case to support it* Set up meetings with potential customers and understand their needs and wants as well as any concerns* Maintain and nurture and improve current customer relationships and yield* Arrange and attend meetings with potential and existing customers* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services* Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data* Monitor customer performance, volumes, and satisfaction* Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsSkills and Experience * Self-motivated and goal/target orientated* Strong, measurable sales experience* Administrative competence with systems and reporting* Flexible in approach to meet customers needs* Natural relationship builder and networker* Success driven and self motivated* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team* Great organisational and administrative skills* A full Driving licence is required as travel to customer sites is part of the roleDo you like the sound of this role If you have a strong sales background and the skills and experience listed above then we want to talk to you.
