Business Development Manager required for a highly innovative HVAC manufacturer passionate about sustainability and carbon reduction in the Home Counties and North London area, ideally based: Luton, Cambridge, St Albans, Oxford or North London. Basic abovemarket average, monthly commission to £16K p.a. - uncapped. THE ROLE - Business Development ManagerThe role is to generate specifications for their great range of commercial HVAC products with the M&E Consultants (90%) and M&E Contractors (10%). Youll have time each week to do your admin, and support from the office with lead generation and quotes which are done for you. The role is focused more on hunting down new projects, however there is an element of account management with the role. Youll havea great manager who has done the role successfully as a ASM. THE PERSON - Business Development ManagerEssential:Theyre looking for someone who has:1. Sales experience in the construction industry2. Ability to discuss features and benefits of products. 3. A dynamic, keen, positive, resilient approach to winning new business.4.
