Job Description

Business Development ManagerPermanent London - Hybrid 2-3 days a week We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our UK Regional team who will have responsibility for developing relationships with two or three key banking clients and winning new ones.Business Development Manager Main Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with Tier 1 & 2 Investment Banks - through emails, calls and F2F meetings
  • Identifying your targets and building relationships, developing proposals and closing deals as well as engaging clients post-sale
  • Talking to founders, CEOs, and CTOs. You dont need a deep technical background, but you should be able quickly to grasp the commercial and technical value propositions of companies across the Investment Banking Space.
Ideal Candidate For Business Development Manager:
  • A genuine interest in technology and change and the financial services space
  • 2+ years of sales/business development experience
  • If you have worked in 360 recruitment but want to focus on the new business and account management
  • The ability to work independently while being very much a part of a team
  • All applicants for the Business Development Manager must have the right to work in the UK as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
