Job Description

Statera Talent are currently partnered with a growing regtech firm who, after positive early growth, are looking to make their first hire for a business development specialist. The firm has an innovative regulatory compliance solution and is already partnering with leading Financial Institutions. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing firm and access a large share of the market.Duties

  • Deliver new clients across financial services and network across key decision makers such as:
  • Head of Compliance
  • Head of IT
  • Head of Risk
  • Head of Regulation
  • COO
  • Manage the sales process across:
  • Lead generation
  • Cold calling
  • Appointment setting
  • Product demos
  • Contract negotiation
  • Deal closure
  • Work on selling both the regtech solution and also compliance consultancy services
  • Maintaining, up-selling and cross-selling to create future revenue stream
  • Work closely with senior leaders in the business to create efficient lead generation
  • The role is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to have free reign to work across the market and be the first hire to focus on sales in a promising new start up.
