Job Description

Business Development Executive - Event and Exhibitions London Up to £45000The CompanyA global industry exhibition leader that has been creating memorable experiences for clients for over 100 years.What will you do

  • Handle inbound enquiries and generate new prospects through a cold approach
  • Work towards and achieve set revenue based sales targets
  • Support and work within the sales strategy grow the stand sales
  • Build, manage and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure efficiency
  • Alongside the marketing teams help build the brand of the business
  • Ensure that the internal CRM system is up to date with client notes
  • Provide weekly reports on pipeline progress and targets to management
What do you need
  • Previous consultative sales experience preferably in Events/Exhibitions
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue based sales targets
  • Confident and target driven individual that always strives to overachieve
  • Resistant and an effective communicator
  • Able to work on your own accord and as a team
  • Flexible approach to work

  • You will work a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, typically between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm.
  • This role offers hybrid working and is flexible with days in the office and from home.
  • You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business
  • Some overseas travel as required.
  • Holiday entitlement is 25 days plus bank holidays.
