One Property Recruitment are looking for a Business Development Manager for a leading leasehold managing agent based in East London. This position will suit either an existing BDM or an experienced block manager looking to transfer into this field. My client is well known for the management of prime residential estates and are looking to build on existing relationships/live enquiries. The structure of this position encourages support when required from a wider network, built on experience and knowledge from within the sector. The core duties of this position include--Take the lead on new enquiries to the business-Proactively build strong relationships with the current client base-Attend networking events promoting the prime estates brand of the business-Work alongside the head of department, aligning business strategy-Play a key role in the mobilisation of new developments, supporting block managers as required-Alongside the head of department lead on new business pitches-Play a key role in innovating and improving the management offeringThis position will suit a peopleperson’ with strong leasehold knowledge a must. The role will genuinely offer significant opportunities to progress with the long-term aim of building a team as an additional business unit. You will need to commercially minded with a determined and focused mindset.
