BusinessData Analyst Work Level : Experienced Colleague Th e Role: M&G is undergoing significant changes to its Technology and Operational infrastructure to ensure that it is scalable to meet the Companys growth ambitions without significantly increasing the costbase. This role will interface with Technology, Enterprise & Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Management and various Front Office functions in implementing the Investment Data Strategy. The role is for a Business Data Analyst t o work with in the InvestmentData Platform Team . The candidate should be able to interact with Senior and Middle management. Key Work Level Accountabilities: Accoun table for supporting the development of the Investment Data Platform capabilities , develop business processes and documentationApplies judgement to deliver outcomes, evaluating a range of potential solutions, considering the impact for customers, cost and risk Provides high quality business process, business and technical definitions that are fully documented Challenges upwards givenknowledge of delivery and awareness of complex systems and the broader picture Identifies and anticipates need for changes to continuously improve quality and efficiency of output Manages risks using expert judgment, know-how and experience Key Responsibilitiesfor this role: To work with the investment teams and analysts to establish data requirements for the business. Establish the appropriate data sourcing and provisioning capabilities to support the Investment process, our Clients and the regulator.
