We are currently looking for a creative analyst with experience creating reporting and analysis products from varying datasets. Within our organization, we seek to provide BI support to Learning Business Partners who help develop Operations talent As Business Analyst, you will align information processes with the insights needs of these customers and create visualizations in BI tools and Excel to help drive the success and visibility of talent development.The ideal candidate will choose the right technical/process solutions within the data and tooling infrastructure made available by the core BI team, and will lead proposed solutions with a strong intuition as to how data translates into metrics and insights.Our ideal candidate can manipulate and aggregate data with SQL and has experience with at least one BI tool, while also familiar with database concepts. Metrics reporting/analysis is key in this role, so insights into how to best present metrics dashboards will be key in this role. While you be able to collaborate with other analysts within the BI team, the many customers and requests you will face require you to be a self-starter, comfortable organizing and managing your work and customers.Basic Qualifications
