Job Description

Business Continuity Support Analyst required to join Global On-Line Retailer and Technology Company.

  • Remote working
  • 30 hours per week (shifts)
  • Evenings; 10pm - 6am
  • Weekends; midnight - 8am, 8am - 4pm, 4pm - midnight
  • Key Responsibilities
  • On-call support for evenings and weekends
  • Prepare reports, help collect and develop key performance metrics, maintain dashboards, and generate materials that will be used for reporting.
  • Support team Business Continuity Team in the alignment of business resilience program that covers operational readiness.
  • Support the team in stakeholder management as we guide the resilience impact analyses, business and systems resilience plans, process testing, lessons learned and postmortem data collection, and continual improvement efforts.
  • Partner with our team as needed to support incident management training and delivery of reporting and metrics.Basic qualifications
  • Exposure to business continuity, security, crisis management, emergency planning is essential.
  • Flexibility to cope with ever-changing situations and needs
  • Exposure to global projects preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Meticulous with attention to detail
  • Effective organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records and informationPreferred qualifications
  • Experience in broader enterprise security, risk management and compliance areas
  • Experience with incident notification systems
  • 2 years of experience building resilience procedure
  • Up-to-date on global geo-political and geo-physical trends and factors that influence them.
