Principal Responsibilities Evaluatesand sets the business continuity strategy and policy for EMEA, and communication of this to senior management, International Risk Committee, and T Rowe Price International Board of Directors. Ensures continuity, testing, and recovery action plans are updatedby business functions in line with group methodologies and timeframes and communicated in readiness for any business continuity event. Develop the EMEA business continuity framework to ensure it remains in line with industry standards, best practice and clientand regulatory expectations, and ensures smooth operations. This includes continuity/resiliency documentation such as business impact assessments, business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans, operational playbook development, crisis scenarios and incidentmanagement, and use of the eGRC system. Delivers 24 hour a day/7 day a week on-call support for any business continuity event and leads incident response and recovery action strategies for EMEA, engaging senior management in a timely and effective manner inline with plans and playbooks. Evaluates the impact of proposed technological or organizational changes on business continuity and coordinates any updates to existing continuity action plans where appropriate. Coordinates and manages "alternate site" engagementand capabilities to ensure continuous operations. Effectively prioritises the business continuity programme of work (including projects and incident management) and coordinates resources appropriately to meet the firms business continuity objectives. Engageswith the global Business Resilience team on enterprise-wide corporate continuity initiatives. Oversight and coordination of post incident reviews affecting EMEA. Documents the results of all tests and drills and identifies any augmentations to the continuityand recovery action strategies. Integrated into T Rowe Price "follow the sun" framework, coordinating handoffs with APAC and US business continuity associates. Partner directly with the Enterprise Risk organization, SMF24 accountable leaders and OperationalResilience resource to support the development and maintenance of the Operational Resilience framework, policy, and strategy, including second line oversight and relevant metrics. Membership of the International Risk Committee and Operational Resilience WorkingGroup, providing updates on business continuity activity where appropriate. Presenting to TRPIL Board on business continuity matters where required. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONSRequired: Demonstrable experience and capability in building andmaturing a business continuity program based on an industry recognized best practices. Strong knowledge of enterprise risks, control frameworks, and resilience risks relating to business operations and technology. Strong knowledge of business continuity andoperational resilience regulation and its application in an asset management firm. Knowledge of corporate impact analysis to measure possible effects of events on the organization, Recovery Time Objectives and Recovery Point Objectives to meet business andcontractual requirements, and corporate continuity strategies, as well as developing, implementing, preserving, and exercising company continuity plans mandatory. Aptitude to identify and understand organizational risks, vulnerabilities, and develop recoveryplans to reduce the risk. Proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to target messages and present effectively to senior management and Boards. Robust organisational skills, delivering tasks and managing resources to attaintarget dates. Recovery Time Objective and Recovery Point Objective that meet business and contractual requirements. Thorough acquaintance of information systems and process operations traversing all platforms. Must be able to interface and coordinate workefficiently and effectively with all functional areas. Strong personal relationship building and maintenance capabilities and ability to operate at all levels of the organization Preferred: Proven experience in financial services, information technology, orcorporate continuity environments strongly preferred.
