Job Description

Anglo American are recruitingWe are recruiting for Certified (Prosci, APMG or similar) Change Professionals to join us as we have a variety of Change Management roles with our Change Management office.Key responsibilities will be:Performance and Delivery

  • Plan and deliver all activities which will enable the project to land successful change, in line with the Programme and Anglo American change frameworks, including:
  • Define the Change Impact Assessments for the project - to understand the change and impact on people, processes and technology
  • Plan the change approach for the project - which will include communications, training, people levers, senior stakeholder engagement & benefits realisation
  • Develop and execute action plans to meet process gaps and required capability development
  • Deliver the agreed Change Approach, including:
  • Manage senior stakeholders - create senior stakeholder engagement plans and engaging with this group directly
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of right-time, high-quality training (co-ordinate a number of other third parties including other SMEs from the business and potentially other consultancies) to ensure that the correct training approach is delivered
  • Proactively measure the success of the change initiatives within the project - and resolve issues and manage risks and report at regular intervals
  • Deliver the change deliverables in line with the Programme change assurance and Stage Gate framework
  • Conducts ongoing monitoring of the Change Management activity (e.g., status reporting, risks and issue management, dependency tracking)
  • Provide input and co-ordination to readiness criteria ahead of business and technology deployments
  • Provide inputs on project change activity into the Programme central change team to ensure integration across the programme
  • Lead on communications and engagement for the project:
  • Develop and manage stakeholder engagement plans
  • Manage and assess the effectiveness of project communications
  • Produce supporting materials for project engagements and communications
