Job Description

Business Change Manager - 12 month FTCThe client is a leading global law firm with a rich history and clear strategy for future growth.Main Duties;

  • Prepare for change, aiming to reduce impact on individuals and the business, enabling the firm to achieve the desired benefits with minimal disturbance.
  • Help lead the firms transformation programme.
  • Develop and own the stakeholder mapping and engagement plan.
  • Work closely with internal teams, managing expectations ensuring the change approach is understood.
  • Manage associated risks and issues throughout the contract.
  • Build effective relationships with senior members and key stakeholders.
    • Essential Skills;
  • Experience working within a law firm.
  • Experience successfully managing business change within a major firm.
  • Knowledge of legal systems and processes.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
    • Desirable Skills;
  • Qualified PROSCI professional.
