The association is at an exciting point in their story with a merger in progress and as a result have a varietyof integration programmes in place.They are looking to appoint a business change manager to work specifically on the People and Culture Programme. This programme will focus on supporting teams across the business, transitioning HR systems and implementing new people policies and procedures.The successful Change Manager will work in a team of 3-4 managers and be responsible for executing the change management strategy and plan to minimise resistance and enable sustainable change.Ideal candidates will have:
