We have a current opportunity for a Business Change Manager on a contract basis. The position will be based fully remote with occasional travel to either Maidenhead or Midlands . This will be outside of IR35Business Change Manager* Assume the project role of organization readiness lead to develop and manage an organisation/business readiness plan.* Taking the lead on transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition. * Identify and prepare affected business areas for transition to new ways of working by generating localised change plans.* Identify training needs with training lead to ensure training facilitates the business adoption* In collaboration with existing communication channels, build and execute a targeted business communication plan to ensure all end user groups are fully engaged in project deliverables. * Conduct business readiness assessments with business units* In collaborations with business SMEs build and maintain process guides* Create a change champion network to advocate the end state solutions and behavioural changes* Devise and deliver an appropriate post go live support plan and formal handover to live operations* Monitor business responses to the programme changes and prepare appropriate interventions where necessary to achieve the desired changes
