Role OverviewShared Services Connected Ltd is recruiting for Business Change Lead for a major change programme following a new major defence contract win. The Business Change Lead will be responsible for understanding and interpreting our business strategy, translating this into a supporting Business Change Management approach and to assure the Business Change Management activity across all areas. This will include ensuring that the Prosci BCM methodology is deployed and utilised, that consistent artefacts and templates are utilised and that commensurate levels of business change management support are provided to meet the various outcomes of the target operating model, transformation and tower programme delivery.We need someone to be able to apply the Prosci methodology in a flexible yet structured manner, to be able to articulate the need for the chosen business change management approaches and to oversee the delivery of the various plans. They will need to provide confidence and assurance of the approaches taken to both the Leadership function and to the Authority individuals that are responsible for business change management.Key Responsibilities:
