Job Description

Business Application Support Analyst

  • Robert Half are partnered with a well-established pharmaceutical and health-care distribution business. The company has gone from strength to strength over the last 70 years to become one of the largest players in their industry.
  • In turn, we are looking to recruit for a business applications support analyst to join their current team of 8. Using a vast range of applications, you will be required to be a first point of contact and offer first class business support to each of their clients.
    • The Role
  • Do you have experience working with multiple bespoke applications Have you worked in a fast-paced agile environment Can you take ownership of problems and have initiative to find solutions
  • The role will be joining an established team with a range of experiences. They are looking for someone that can be proactive and forward-thinking. This will be a hands on role that will incorporate tough decisions in a high pressured environment.
    • Responsibilities/Skills
  • Over 3 years experience in the Role of Applications Support L2
  • Experience working on multiple web based applications.
  • Experience of communicating with Senior Leadership.
  • Has experience working with a variety of ITSM tools like Zendesk, BMC helix, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience of a proven track record of managing major incidents to resolution.
  • Has experience of UNIX Scripting.
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries either within Oracle/DB2.
