We are looking for a Business and Finance journalist to join us in our Arabian Business title in Dubai.Responsibilities include: Contributing day-to-day content of the website, edit and help produce a magazine, both Arabian Business but with particular focus on AB Money. Produce creative web content that attracts an audience. Identifying, writing and editing stories, including breaking news. Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of high-level contributors, including columnists and thought leaders, particularly in the finance and investment industry. Ability to social media channels to ensure the maximum reach of both the brand and the content. Regularly check and track content. Brainstorming for content ideas and contributing to the editorial calendar. Maintain quality and consistency, and help drive traffic and brand visibility.Requirements The ideal candidate will have: 2 years work experience in a similar role with a track record of contributing to a business-focused brand, across all platforms including print. Impeccable writing and editing skills, and the ability to produce quality copy quickly, create video, interview high level personnel Knowledge of the business landscape of the Middle East, and a contacts book to match. Be able to demonstrate their ability to build audiences across a range of digital platforms, analyse traffic data and develop innovative storytelling formats.
