The teams love to explore and experiment with new tech that can improve their customer experience and tools to boost the development and testing process.The RoleThis role could be considered a hybrid positon with a foot print within business analysis and product management. This will be a client facing role, liaising with both technology teams within the business as well as that of the client. Responsibilities will include acting as the product owner in the analysis and design of client and production implementations, write effective user stories with clear acceptance criteria so that large product change can be broken down into smaller changes allowing delivery to customer groups to be sooner, project participation, stakeholder management, engage with engineering teams and ensure implementations run smoothly.The PersonYou will have strong commercial business analysis experience, perhaps have led or mentored a team of junior analysts, have good customer/client facing experience, have previously taken ownership of functional area deliverables and have a financial services industry background ideally within the Wealth Management/Financial Adviser sector.
