Job title: Business Analyst - Transaction ManagementLocation: LondonDuration: 6 months initiallyThe Role:Reporting into the Transaction Management team leader the Transaction Management function supports the Front Office in efficiently processing and managing new and existing credit opportunities, both Mortgage and Lombard facilities. This allows the Front Office to enhance the client experience through timely and efficient management of the credit process, permitting the Front Office to focus on activities such as business generation and providing their clients with high quality advice.Responsibilities:· Booking Mortgage Loans and preparing the repayment schedules directly into the System, working closely with our Payments & Treasury departments. · Processing Amendment to Mortgage repayment & interest schedules directly in the system, working closely with our Treasury department. · Reviewing and approving client signed documentation in line with their account structure.· Reviewing Report on Titles for the property, understanding what should be covered within a report of title including planning / searches / occupation / restrictive covenants / rights / construction. Confidence to highlight any matters of concern to Credit Risk or support as a clean report on title. · Reviewing Buildings Insurance certificates to ensure they meet the banks policy. · Keen attention to detail in order to set up Credit Limits in the systems in line with the Credit Approval.· Maintaining client limits in the system throughout the lifecycle of the Facility.· Responsible for the redemption process of a Mortgage Facility from preparing the redemption statement to liaising with the solicitors and completion of DS1.· Processing the receipt of original mortgage title deeds for storing and archiving.· Responding to queries in a timely manner.· A disciplined and systematic approach to duties, oriented towards process and procedures.· Basic understanding of Private Banking Front and Support areas.· Client service oriented with regard to internal customers and our stakeholders (Internal/ External).· Risk awareness and basic knowledge of regulatory requirements around credit and private banking.· Ensure quality and service levels are maintained at all time escalating any concerns to the Team Lead.Requirements:· A detailed understanding of credit functions, credit operations and associated administrative duties, with practical knowledge of credit admin tasks.· A detailed understanding of Lombard/ Guarantees/ FX / Futures & Options & Mortgage products and their documentation.· A detailed understanding of KYC & client account structures.· A detailed understanding Mortgage Facilities; Mortgage Offer Letters and post completion tasks.· Ability to review Credit Applications & Risk Assessment credit approval in order to generate the required Lombard documentation.· Ability to review Credit Applications & Risk Assessment credit approvals in order to generate Non-Regulated & Regulated Mortgage Offer Letters.· One Globus/ T24· Excel / MS outlook / Power point· Electronic Workflow· Filenet· RM Plus Candidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.Please be advised if you havent heard from us within 48 hours then unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occasion, we may however keep your details on file for any suitable future vacancies and contact you accordingly.Pontoon is an employment consultancy and operates as an equal opportunities employer.
