Business Analyst/ Project Manager Inside IR35

Job Description

My client, a global technology organization is looking to recruit a Business Analyst/ Project Manager as they will be embarking on a multi-year technology transformation journey.This role will be critical in ensuring a successful transformation of how sales teams build their strategic plans with their partners through the implementation of a new system. In this role, you will participate in process harmonisation content with the globalteams across multiple route to markets; and be responsible for managing the process and documenting key insights for the business. As the team progresses and iterates towards a future state, you will be critical in digitalising that content.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently, demonstrable experience of strong stakeholder engagement at various levels, as this is a highly cross-functional topic. The successful candidate will be comfortablehaving multiple processes in parallel and will be able to track and communicate on progress. This individual will assist in the development and implementation of key sales data management deliverables, data support processes & associated operationsKey Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with business teams and functional experts to project manage the process of capturing and digitising playbooks across the different route to markets. Establish credibility as a trusted advisor by listening, understanding business requirementsand providing options for consideration
  • Project manage different stakeholders & subject matter experts in the process of developing sales initiatives
  • Identify, gather and assess existing playbooks and best practices. Identify gaps and manage the process for completion
  • Help define and implement associated data requirements
  • Ensure content alignment and validation at all levels
  • Guide & support initiative owners throughout the digitalisation process
• Work closely with SFDC technical teams to ensure correct digitalisation in the new tool. Support Account Planning process promoting application, data integrity, governance, and compliance
• When required, perform detailed data analysis in a timely manner so that the data is reliable and can be used for internal decision making
• Help prioritise team activities and drive resolution of issues/dependencies across all areas of the scope agreed.
• Develop dashboards and effectively communicate status to line manager and other stakeholders
• Support extended team in ad-hoc strategic projects, data analysis, reports and briefings as required
• Provide any other such support to the Account Planning team, as is reasonably requested (specific deliverables will be agreed upon with your line manager)

Skills required

• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices preferred
• Ease analysing and understanding business requirements to determine the most effective approach to serving the needs of the organisation
• Team worker with a proven track record of working with initiative both within and across functions
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Attention to detail & experience working with large datasets using data tools
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated individual, who thrives working in a global, complex, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable filling the gaps and adapting to a potentially changing role

Related Technical Skills required

• Preferred knowledge of Consumer, Retail, Enterprise channel & end-customer sales. Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred
• Experience / understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and best practices
