Job Description

Business Analyst / Product Owner, DataCity of LondonUp to circa £50k plus bonus plus benefitsProduct Owner with Insurance data/dashboard experience is required by a vibrant Insuretech group based in the heart of the city. This role would suit an BA who is aspiring to move into a Product Owner role. You will be working within a fast moving data team on some of the markets most current Insurance dashboards. We are essentially looking for a junior Business Analyst / Product Owner who has worked in data and looking to move into Insurance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with business units and external vendors
  • Facilitation of communication between various parties within and external to the organisation
  • Assist with requirements, project issues and queries on Product
  • Assist in resolving project issues and escalating to Product Owner as needed
  • Support the overall growth of the Product through executing appropriate strategies; developing and maintaining relationships
  • Contribute to Product strategy development and prioritises operational deliverables
  • Contribute to management of the Product Backlog day-to-day
  • Follow the Product Roadmap
  • Manage stakeholders throughout the Product lifecycle
  • Implement Product best practices under the guidance of Product Owners
  • Contribute to customer-focused product development
  • Assist the Product Owner on the Product features and functions
  • Input into the configuration of systems, User Acceptance Testing and other client touch points if requested
  • Assist in pitches, lead generation and sales pipeline for Product where requested
    • Key Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience as a BA or PO working on data or dashboards
  • Experience in Insurance is useful but not essential
