Job Description

Business Analyst - Product Owner - Agile - Real Estate - Investment Management - Asset ManagementOur client, a leading Real Estate Fund Management firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst or Product Owner to work on a large Digital and Data transformation programme. This is a permanent position based in London (remote at present) paying up to £80,000 dependant on experience.The business is currently going through a digital transformation with a key focus on data. This will include data analytics and data visualisation. The work is being carried out in an Agile methodology and your roe will include partnering closely with the business users to define and document user requirements, documenting the data flows and conducting product demos.The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in a Business Analysis or Product Owner role within the Real Estate or Investment Management industry
  • Good knowledge of data sets in the Real Estate/investment Management industry
  • Prior experience of working within an Agile environment
  • Experience with projects implementing enterprise data platforms, analytics and business intelligence solutions (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Qlikview) or ETL/data transformation processes
  • Extensive experience working with business stakeholders to understand user needs, document requirements and translate them into product features within a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing product backlog with Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for functional and non-functional requirements
    • Desirable skills
  • Functional understanding of real estate specific applications like Yardi, Argus Enterprise, Horizon, Voyanta
  • Experience of working on implementation of document management systems or digital experience platforms like Liferay as a business analyst is useful
