Job Title: Business Analyst / Product AnalystLocation: LondonSalary: Competitive About the role - Business Analyst / Product AnalystMy client is a Edtech/FinTech company providing educational services to financial services organisations throughout the UK. They have the vision to innovate the way financial professionals learn and develop.Using innovative technology they are able to provide a dynamic learning platform partnering with Industry leading professionals to create a wide breadth of content across all aspects of financial services. Being a start up my client is able to move quickly, meet customer needs and constantly adapt their platform.As part of their growth they are now looking for Product Analyst to work alongside their talented CFO, You will get strong visibility and progression opportunities as you join the team at key growth stage.As the Business Analyst / Product Analyst your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Help develop customer product development roadmap to improve the online customer experience
  • Filter requirements from multiple stakeholders throughout the business and help the prioritisation process
  • Reporting and analysing all on site behaviours and monitoring product performance using data
  • Work with the design and development team improving product features
  • Propose, prepare and monitor AB rests
  • Help produce product collateral for all new features and be involved in customer use cases
  • Own customer interaction and support sales and marketing teams to automate and personalise every piece of customer communication
    • Essential Skills and Competencies of the Business Analyst / Product Analyst is:
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Analytical skills using excel or google sheets
  • Experience working in start up/fast paced environment
  • Able to manage processes and product issues of broad scope and variety
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments
  • If you have came from an analytical background but looking to make a move to product management this could be a good opportunity
