Our client a reputable buy-side institution require a Business Analyst Performance for their "Performance & Attribution Product Team". The business are responsible for over £500 billion AUM, and their clients include pension funds, insurers, financialinstitutions and sovereign wealth funds. The "Business Analyst Performance" will join a new "Performance and Attribution Team". The team are building a Core Data Service called "Performance" and "Service"which consolidates performance and attribution dataacross a number of product streams and integrates applications, namely Tableau, Anaplan (Finance), PRIME (Quant Tooling), RDM (Reporting) and new PM apps. The Business Analyst Performance will undertake the following; Work with the product owner and the businessto develop and detail the product backlog in the form of Epics, Features and Stories Key relationship person for product owners, business owners and the Agile delivery team. The individual will work in this team Involved in planning and execution of systemand acceptance testing Undertake JIT analysis and documentation for sprint activities Involved in all aspects of the software development life-cycle across different business areas Maintain relationships with business representatives across different businessareas The successful individual will need the following skills; Experienced in collecting and interpreting data. Ability to analyse results, and to identify patterns across structured and unstructured data sets Experience within the Performance Domain is key,as is an understanding of total return, and attribution Analytical skills in relation to requirements, documentation and solution delivery Stakeholder management experience Experience of requirements gathering and technical specifications Experience workingin an AGILE environment using Scrum and Kanban Ability to streamline processes This is an exciting opportunity to join a well re-known business, offering excellent opportunities for career advancement.
