We are working with a specialised consulting group with offices in New York, London and across the APAC region. They are a world class, global professional services group dedicated to help CFOs and CEOs develop and execute winning strategies and to drive improvements in effectiveness across the organisation.The primary purpose of the role is to facilitate the process of taking insurance clients and their teams through an end-to-end process to design, agree and deliver their future requirements.This includes researching and analysing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, process optimisation and system requirements.Youre also responsible for proactively generating and compiling reports based on findings, complete with recommended improvements or brand-new requirements.As part of this team, the candidate will work alongside a team of Insurance specialists from across the Global and General Insurance markets and will be able to quickly build upon their existing industry knowledge and consultancy skills to develop their expertise.A few pre-requisites for the role; Degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Statistics, Certified Business Analysis Professional, a minimum of 3-4 years in working within a leading insurer, broker or consulting firm, insurance technology environment or delivery experience of at least one insurance platform application. As well as experience in using / knowledge in relational database such as MS Access.You will spend 2-3 days in the London Office (Aldgate) and the remainder from home.
