Job Description

Role: Business Analyst - HR Solutions - WorkdayInitial 6m ContractLocation: LondonDaily Rate: PAYE - CompetitiveRole Overview:

  • Responsible for Workday configuration particularly Absence Management
  • Creating Workday reports on an adhoc basis
  • Acts as the bridge between the business, HRIT team and the Global Solutions team
  • Managed various stakeholders globally and agree on delivery timelines and accountability
  • Performs project management related tasks such as gathering requirements, creating documentation, supporting implementation and testing
  • Explores innovative ideas to solve business needs and designs possible technical solutions
  • Supports the wider HR Solutions team with global projects throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Partners with functions such as risk, legal and governance to ensure processes are robust
    • Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record of working as a Business Analyst in HR, ideally working with Workday
  • Hands-on project management experience supporting complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of Workday, particularly configuration and reporting. Knowledge of Taleo, Assignment Pro is preferred, as well as Microsoft Office Suite applications (primarily Excel, Access, SharePoint), including Visual Basic Programming (VBA)
  • An outstanding knowledge of HR processes and in-depth understanding of HR systems infrastructure
  • Highly competent in building strong relationships across all levels and effective with stakeholder management
  • A process improvement mind and the ability to analyse problems in detail and propose practical solutions
  • Able to balance priorities for the team and communicate those out to stakeholders and management
    • Additional Requirements:
  • Eligible to work in the UK without the need of visa support/sponsorship
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
