Job Description

The worlds changing, Zoom and Microsoft Teams has overtaken the Conference Room by a country mile, and in similar veins, Zest Scientifics partner could well revolutionise the landscape of patient pathways in Healthcare… the indication is that they already are.With an exponentially growing user base, adoption of their tech into the NHS and a rarely seen forecast to be profitable a mere two years after their founding, this is no less than a chance to work with one of the fastest growing and most exciting MedTech start-ups in the UK.Theyre a small, tight-knit bunch backed by substantial funding for their AI driven Diagnostic platform.Having seen the base of their business rocket around that - partly driven by the Covid-19 Pandemic - theyre accelerating their development of further products, and seeking Regulatory certification to bring these to market.To that end, they need a Business Analyst wholl be critical in tying the strands together for Product ownership, Regulatory approval (ISO 13485, ISO 62304, ISO 27001) and CE certification.The preference is to bring someone in on a permanent basis, but if youre a contractor theyd be keen to hear from you all the same!Must have experience:

Business Analyst Experience within a Highly Regulated Industry. Strong preference for this to be Healthcare related (Digital Health etc.), but it could potentially be from other software based fields.

Experience working closely with Developers, QA, Regulatory, AI/Data Science, UX/UI teams to bring the strands of Product Development together.

Good working knowledge of Risk Registers and keeping them updated to Regulatory Requirements.

Comfortable in writing and maintaining User Stories and Tickets.

Good understanding of Process Flow Diagrams, Business and Process Modelling, Data Analysis and Gap Filling and experience to advise senior stakeholders on short-term recommendations and long-term product roadmaps.

Will Also Help to Have:

Good understanding of Regulations concerning Medical Device, Software as Medical Device (SaMD) and Privacy Protection regulations: ISO 13485, ISO 62304, ISO 27001 & GDPR.

Experience working in a Digital Health, MedTech, Health IT or Health and Wellbeing industry as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar.

Former experience in a Start-up.
