Job Description

Robert Half have partnered with a leading real estate company who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Transition Analyst. As a Senior Transition Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the effective technology deployment followingnew client wins and onboarding internal and external customers onto the tech stack. You will also be responsible for assisting with the activities of software and technology suppliers, both external and internal, and for promoting best practices and ensuringconsistent usage of technology in accordance with company IT and Systems strategy and guidelines. Additionally, you will provide support to Business Development via demos, meetings, and advice to existing and prospective customers and support with handlingtender questions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding internal and external customers onto the organisations tech stack
  • Assist with the introduction of new and upgraded software through the entire lifecycle
  • Promote best practices and ensure consistent usage of technology
  • Provide training to users on our full technology stack, both in face to face and virtual
Skills & Experience:
  • Some experience in Facilities Management or other maintenance-based business would be advantageous
  • Experience of a CMMS / CAFM system such as Maximo; Concept Evolution; Service Insight; Planet FM; FM Explorer; Archibus or Corrigo would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills including presentational, written and verbal
  • Business analysis skills such as requirements analysis and business process mapping would be advantageous
  • High levels of general IT awareness such as high-level knowledge of systems application architectures, databases, web applications, and mobile devices & smartphones etc.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data manipulation skills
  • Basic SQL skills are desirable
  • Experience in onboarding clients onto new technology.
