Whatever team youre interested in joining and whatever role you play, well help you to make a difference.On behalf of Royal London, AMS are looking for a Business Analyst for a 6 Month contract based in London (Hybrid).Purpose of the Role:The role is for a Business Analyst to be part of a multi-year Client Experience transformation programme, which will include a multitude of tactical and strategic projects, both business and technology focused.Responsibilities of the role:The Business Analyst will be expected to deliver on one major project, or a combination of smaller projects. This may include:

  • Detailed analysis of key business processes across Distribution.
  • Delivering multiple phases of the client experience project to improve current and implement new processes, focusing on data and technology driven solutions.
  • Business led changes to the operating model, including structure, processes and training.
  • Improving the strategic data sources, lineage and governance use across the client servicing processes.
  • Analysis and piloting of innovative technologies such low code and AI.
  • Key representative for Change to the business and the Client Experience stakeholders.
What we require from the candidate:
  • Knowledge and experience in Asset Management Distribution (i.e. sales, marketing, onboarding, product, client reporting and operations)..
  • Ability to work across business strategy, process change and technology transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and practices, especially business process modelling.
  • Ability to define detailed requirements aligned to the inputs from stakeholders along with fundamental process analysis.
  • Ability to solution design; including scope, shape and determine the most applicable approach to the solution and implementation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • 5+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst, delivering in a change project team and environment.
Desired:
  • Experience with the following systems and process; Client Onboarding, Client Portal, Client Reporting, Customer Relationship Management, Client and Product Master, and Data Management.
  • Experience implementing a CX strategy, CX process mapping (personas, user journeys) along technology and data driven solutions.
  • Business Analyst or Project Manager qualifications, including but not limited to waterfall and agile.
