Business Analyst / Insurance / Change / Process Mapping / Eclipse / AgileKEY SKILLS:Business analysis expertise within the insurance sectorExperience working within Agile environmentsRunning and capturing output from workshops and process mapping, requirements with Experience of MoSCow and acceptance criteriaTest planning and UATTHE ROLE:The Business Analyst will join a small team to work on a variety of business change projects. Reporting to the Change Manager, you will be work alongside key stakeholders gathering a detailed understanding of all business processes to create the "As Is" positionbefore determining and clearly define the "To Be" position. You will quickly understand the existing IT applications, understand the data, its flow through the business processes and how its used.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will be an BA who can demonstrate previous experience in requirements gathering and documentation, mapping or designing business processes. You will have experience working within Agile environments with the ability to run and captureoutput from workshops and process mapping. You will be able to demonstrate working with MoSCow and acceptance criteria and working with key business stakeholders helping with their UAT requirements. Any experience of Sequel Eclipse would be ideal.
