My client based just outside of London are looking for a number of immediately available Business Analysts to join a large Identity and Access Managenment programme.This is an initial 6 month contract opportunity but likely to be extended due to the scope of work.Initially remote but some travel may be required at a later date.Day rate negotiable dependant on experience.The IAM programme is responsible for ensuring access and customer data is appropriately protected by providing an efficient, intuitive, extensible and timely access management service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE* Working within the IAM programme to provide senior engagement and analysis skills that supports the successful replacement of the IAM platform.* The Business Analyst is expected to drive engagement and interaction with application owners and support teams, to represent business stakeholder requirements during design and implementation.* To enable the program to meet stated outcomes, the BA will support the clean-up, development and rollout of the migration of existing users, roles and entitlements into the new IGA tool. The BA will also help define the onboarding framework to enable the transition of new and existing applications onto the new IGA tool.* The BA will also be required to provide support in business process modelling, creation and change.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE* Good working knowledge around establishing IAM business processes including Identity Governance processes.* Good understanding of fundamental IAM concepts including; Identity Governance and its associated capabilities of Role Based Access Control, Segregation of duties (SoD), Toxic combinations & Policy definitions.* Strong experience in leading data analysis and associated improvement work packages* Proven ability to engage and successfully partner with technical resources,* Able to demystify tech speak, so that deliverables can be tracked and understood by non-technicalstakeholders.* Ensure that technical delivery remains aligned to business needs* Excellent communication skills verbal and written.DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE* Proven experience in establishing IAM service delivery processes and knowledge around IAM change management.* Practitioner level understanding of IAM concepts including; Access Management and standards such as SAML, OAuth & OpenID Connect. o Prior working experience in migration projects.* Skills in MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic SQL.For more information or to get in touch about this opportunity, please call Maya-Jade Turner on or email your CV to .By applying to this advert you are giving CPS Group (UK) Ltd authority to hold and process your data for this specific role and any other roles we may deem suitable to you over time.
